These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Fade Notes ("the App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Fade Notes is designed for temporarily storing information that you only need for a limited period of time.
The App allows you to create temporary content, including text notes and photos. Content stored in Fade Notes is designed to expire automatically after approximately 24 hours.
Fade Notes is not intended to be a permanent storage, backup, archival, or document management service.
Content created or stored in Fade Notes is temporary.
Content is designed to become unavailable after approximately 24 hours and may subsequently be permanently deleted from your device.
You should assume that anything stored in Fade Notes will be lost.
Do not use Fade Notes as the only place to store information that is important, valuable, irreplaceable, legally required, or needed for long-term reference.
You are responsible for separately preserving any information that you need to keep.
Although Fade Notes is designed to make content unavailable approximately 24 hours after it is created, exact deletion timing may vary due to operating system behavior, device state, background execution limitations, software errors, or other technical circumstances.
We do not guarantee deletion at an exact second or minute.
Expired content should not be considered recoverable, even if its underlying data has not yet been physically removed from device storage.
You retain ownership of the text, photos, and other content you create using the App.
You are responsible for the content you create, capture, or store using Fade Notes and for ensuring that your use of such content complies with applicable laws and does not violate the rights of others.
